 Molded pallets production line is a new type environmental friendly equipment which can recycle waste wood. Such as bamboo, wood shavings, sawdust, wheat/corn straw, bagasse, coconut and waste materials from the furniture factory. It can ultimately use the waste wood as raw material and the final wooden pallet is widely used in logistics and transportation. It is free from fumigation.

In this proposal design by 9T waste wood (50% moisture) capacity per day for woodpre-process. Include chipper (inlet and outlet belt conveyor included), crusher (outlet belt conveyor include), dryer(inlet & outlet screw conveyor included).The other belt conveyors and storage silos we suggest customer buy from local market base on detail specification which will supplied after design confirmed.
